It’s especially important for you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy to improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase and maintain your strength, flexibility and endurance - all useful for growing and birthing your baby, as well as once your baby is Earth-side, and to decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath!
