What style of Nutrition do you follow?

The focus is on eating real wholesome foods in a way that works best for you, your body, your health and your lifestyle. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition, and a lot of the process is learning what works best for you after trialling certain things for a period of time. I like to start by helping people to balance their hormones, learn about good quality food choices, meal timing and portion control - and once people have these foundations, they understand the principles and philosophies that we teach through The Chief Life (our online Nutrition, Health and Wellness platform), they can then start to explore a more intuitive eating style. Before this can be explored, it is important to have a foundation from which to build upon, and so our focus is to educate and give people the tools to be able to do it without us one day!
