Stacey is a Health and Wellness Warrior & Practitioner (Dietitian and Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki/Energy Healer, author and podcast host.

Come join us and take a dive into what it means to have Optimal Health, and learn:

Stacey Lee Turner is a passionate educator and lover of all things that optimise quality of life, health and well-being. After completing her personal training certificates in 2009 and nutrition degree in 2010 in Sydney, Australia, she has spent the last 10 years helping people become the best versions of themselves through nutrition, movement and stress management. She assists people optimising all areas of their health through her online business - The Chief Life - with her husband, Matty, and their annual Wellness Retreats in the Byron Hinterlands.
