Colour Meditation Series

This colour meditation series is a 7-day guided experience. Each track invites you to explore a different colour of the rainbow and a different theme as well as connect in with a different area of your body to develop deeper awareness of your relationship with yourself. If you’re new to meditation, it is a simple and easy way to allow you to experience taking this time to delve deeper into your inner world, and if you’re already a regular meditator, it’s an opportunity to introduce some new ideas into your practice and enjoy the process of being held and supported in your exploration.

Each track is about 10-15 minutes long, with a period of music only towards the end of each track to allow you to go deeper into your own meditation experience. This is your experience, so remember, if you don’t want to follow the sound of my voice, you are encouraged to create your own exploration - this doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong, as you can’t meditate “wrong” - there are at least as many styles of meditation as people on this planet - each practice can be unique to you and no one has a right to say “how” you do it, however in these tracks I offer you some guidance if you choose to follow.
